- Contact & Inquiry Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any information you include in messages, forms, questionnaires, or consult requests.
- Booking & Session Information: Session type, scheduling details, style preferences, wardrobe notes, and other information you share to help us plan your portrait experience.
- Client Content & Images: Photographs, video, audio (if applicable), and related content created during your session, plus any images or content you provide to us.
- Testimonials & Reviews: Feedback you provide, which may include your name and likeness if you choose to include them.
- Order & Transaction Information: Product selections, invoices, and payment status. Payment card details are processed by third-party payment processors and are not stored by the Studio.
- Website & Device Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, and referring/exit pages.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve our services and to deliver a luxury portrait experience, including to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide consultations and quotes.
- Schedule sessions, send reminders, and provide prep and styling guidance.
- Coordinate hair and makeup services and manage session logistics.
- Create, edit, deliver, and archive galleries and purchased products.
- Process payments and fulfill orders.

- Display images for portfolio, website, social media, or studio promotions only as permitted under your signed Model Release or written consent.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Vendors who help us run the business — CRM systems, email platforms, scheduling tools, cloud storage, gallery delivery services, print labs, hair and makeup artists, and payment processors. They may access information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and Safety: If we believe disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Studio, our clients, or others.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Your Images & Model Release
Because we celebrate beauty and raw emotion, we love to share the results of our sessions. However, we respect your privacy completely.
- We will only use your images for marketing, social media, or our portfolio if you have signed a Model Release.
- For Boudoir or sensitive Fine Art portraits, we maintain the strictest confidentiality unless explicit written permission is granted.
- You may limit or withdraw consent for certain uses of your images, subject to any Model Release and any prior lawful use already made.

Galleries and image files may be retained for a limited time unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
After delivery, you are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up your digital files. We recommend keeping multiple backups.
